Snicker's Ice Cream Pie


SNICKERS ICE CREAM PIE
Houlihan’s Copycat Recipe

Makes 1 Pie

Crust:
1.5 packages (1 lb. 2 oz. each) Oreos, middles out
1/2 cup almonds, toasted, chopped
3/4 cup butter, melted

Ice Cream Filling: (Don’t do this until crust is cooled)
2 half gallons vanilla ice cream, softened
7 Snickers bars (regular size), refrigerated, chopped

Crust Instructions: Crush Oreo cookies in food processor. Combine crumbs with almonds and butter. Press into 10" springform pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Cool completely.

Ice Cream Filling Instructions:  Combine ice cream with Snickers chunks. Spread 3/4+ of ice cream on crust (up to top of pan) and freeze.  When firm run knife around to loosen, and drizzle with warmed caramel and chocolate
toppings.

Note:  To easily get middles out of Oreos, microwave tray of Oreos for 15-20 seconds. Then untwist and scrape out the filling.
