Spinach and Artichoke Dip


SPINACH and ARTICHOKE DIP
O'Charley's Copycat Recipe

Serves 4-6

2 (10 oz.) packages frozen copped spinach
1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
2  (10 oz.) jars Alfredo sauce
1 cup diced artichoke hearts
1 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice

Thaw, drain, and squeeze dry the spinach. Drain and cut the artichoke hearts into manageable sized pieces. Mix all ingredients together thoroughly. Heat in microwave 3 minutes, stir and heat another 2 minutes, stirring frequently, until hot and bubbly. Serve with tortilla chips.
