Triple Spice Burgers



TRIPLE SPICE BURGERS
Restaurant Recipe

Serves 4

1 pound ground beef
1 onion, diced
1 diced jalapeno pepper (or more if you can handle it)
1 tablespoon Tabasco sauce, or to taste
4 slices hot Pepper Jack cheese

In a bowl, mix the ground beef, onions, and jalapenos. Create 4 patties, sprinkle with Tabasco, cover, and refrigerate for 1 hour to let everything settle in.

Heat your grill to medium. Grill burgers to desired temperature, about 5 minutes per side. Cover with cheese, and allow to melt (about a minute). Slide between buns and serve.
