Fisherman's Pasta

Serves 1

1/4 cup chicken stock 
1/4 cup lime juice
1/4 cup white wine 
2 tablespoons ginger, minced
1 tablespoon garlic, minced
1 1/4 cups cream
1 oz. cod 
1 oz. salmon
6 mussels
2 oz. green beans
2 tablespoons tomatoes 
8 oz. penne pasta
2 tablespoons butter

Boil pasta and set aside. Boil mussels in hot water until they steam open. In a saute pan, mix chicken stock, lime juice, white wine, ginger and garlic. Add cream and bring to a boil. Add diced cod, diced salmon and mussels. Sauce will start to thicken. Add green beans and tomatoes. Add pasta. Coat well and finish with butter.
