Homemade Potato Chips



HOMEMADE POTATO CHIPS

Serves 4-6

Thinly slice 4 small Yukon Gold potatoes. Pat dry. Toss with 3 tablespoons of olive oil, salt and pepper. Place chips in a single layer on a cookie sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for 10-12 minutes or until browned. Drain on paper towels. Serve warm
