Gordon Biersch Kicks Off the Holidays with November Deals

Enjoy Fall Fav  Family gatherings will be anything but ordinary this year as Gordon Biersch sets the tone for the upcoming holiday season. Gordon Biersch, a brewery restaurant specializing in handcrafted lagers and ales brewed in-house, is kicking off the holidays with the unveiling of their fall features menu and holiday gift, a perfect stocking stuffer or additional gift for a foodie family member. Beginning Nov. 4 through Dec. 1, Gordon Biersch locations nationwide will offer new flavors for guests craving comfort foods during the holiday season. 

Guests are encouraged to stay for dessert or take home a whole pie of the featured Pumpkin Cheesecake for family and friends to enjoy. This creamy holiday-inspired dessert is served on a baked graham cracker pecan crust and is topped with our housemade cream cheese frosting and drizzled with salted caramel sauce.

Gather around our table and enjoy selections from Gordon Biersch’s November features menu that includes:

California Beach Tacos – Lightly fried cod with pico de gallo, cilantro, cabbage and Mexican crema in double corn tortillas.

Gorgonzola Ribeye – 12 oz. grilled boneless Ribeye steak topped with Gorgonzola butter and served with your choice of two sides.

Simply Grilled Alaskan Sockeye Salmon – A fillet of Alaskan Sockeye Salmon seasoned and grilled to perfection and served with your choice of two sides.

GB Cheeseburger - A classic fresh steakburger cooked to your desired specification and topped with cheddar cheese, lettuce, and tomato.

Earlier this year, Gordon Biersch unveiled its new, chef driven menu, featuring made from scratch, seasonal recipes across the brand’s food, beer and cocktail offerings. Additionally, the restaurant chain began offering a wider variety of beers while staying true to traditional brewing methods; a wine list comprised of well-known producers from top growing regions around the world; and a fun cocktail menu focused on the classics.

FestBier Combo – Grilled Marzen-simmered sausages, a soft pretzel and Gordon Biersch Garlic Fries. Accompanied by signature Marzen mustard.

Oktoberfest Sausage Platters – Three grilled sausages, skewered and served with sauerkraut & bacon potato croquettes and braised red cabbage. Served with our Marzen mustard and pub sauce.

  • Signature: Chicken, Knackwurst and Marzen–simmered bratwursts.


German Sausage Plate – Beer-poached bratwurst sausages sliced and drizzled with our Marzen mustard and served with braised red cabbage and pretzel crostinis.

Marzen Bratwurst Sandwich – Grilled Marzen-simmered bratwurst sausages served on a toasted ciabatta bun with fresh sauerkraut, baby spinach, caramelized onions and topped with pub sauce and our housemade Marzen mustard sauce. Accompanied by Gordon Biersch Garlic Fries.

Gordon Biersch is soaking up summer with its annual SommerBrau tapping parties and a new flavorful summer menu for a limited-time at participating restaurants across the country.

Now through July 19, guests can enjoy Gordon Biersch’s SommerBrau beer, a golden, refreshing Kolsch-style beer from Cologne, Germany. With just a hint of fruitiness, this light bodied beer with crisp finish offers the perfect libation for summertime enjoyment.

As part of the promotion, Gordon Biersch’s limited time menu of new dishes includes:

Gordon Biersch is celebrating spring with its annual Maibock promotion and featured menu for a limited time at participating restaurants across the country.

Now through May 17, guests can enjoy Gordon Biersch’s Maibock, a strong Einbecker style lager with a bronzed bounty of warming caramel malt, balanced to perfection with noble Hersbrucker hops.

As part of the promotion, Gordon Biersch’s limited time menu of new dishes includes:

  • Spinach, Fruit & Nut Salad – Baby spinach tossed in Gordon Biersch’s lemon vinaigrette and served with dried cherries, minced pears, goat cheese, blueberries, raspberries, spiced pecans and sweet yellow peppers, sprinkled with toasted almonds.
  • Beef Tenderloin Salad – Marinated beef filet grilled to your liking atop fresh baby spinach tossed in warm bacon vinaigrette and topped with avocado, tomatoes, gorgonzola cheese, roasted pancetta and crispy onions.
  • Prosciutto & Fig Flatbread – Fresh herbs, mozzarella and gorgonzola cheeses, diced chardonnay-marinated figs, shaved prosciutto and arugula tossed with Gordon Biersch’s Märzen balsamic vinaigrette.
  • Pepper Crusted Filet Medallions – Two marinated filet medallions grilled to your liking, smothered with roasted crimini mushrooms, caramelized onions, bleu cheese sauce and crumbled gorgonzola cheese. Served with roasted garlic mashed potatoes and grilled asparagus.
  • Pecan Buttered Swordfish – Swordfish steak rubbed with Gordon Biersch’s house seasoning blend, then grilled and smothered in pecan butter and garnished with spiced pecans. Served with a choice of two sides.

Gordon Biersch, an upscale casual brewery restaurant specializing in handcrafted German lagers brewed in-house, unveiled today its new, chef-driven menu, featuring made from scratch, seasonal recipes across the brand’s food, beer and cocktail offerings. The new menu rolled out at Gordon Biersch locations throughout the Greater Washington, D.C. area today and will follow in additional markets over the next few weeks.

Gordon Biersch guests will see expansive new menu items focused on 100% Certified Angus and grass-fed beef offerings, a wide variety of seafood, lighter cooking and stylized classics. Gordon Biersch will begin offering a wider variety of beers while staying true to the traditional brewing methods of the best brewing cultures; a wine list comprised of well-known producers from top growing regions around the world; and a fun cocktail menu focused on the classics.

  • Lobster & Shrimp Mac ‘N Cheese – Sauteed lobster and shrimp tossed in a parmesan Havarti cheese sauce with bowtie pasta.
  • Beer Battered Fish & Chips – Dipped in Gordon Biersch’s own Marzen lager batter and fried, with tartar sauce, apple cider slaw and salt & pepper fries.
  • Woodford Reserve Bourbon Entrees – Available exclusively at Gordon Biersch, guest’s choice of wild Alaskan salmon, chicken breast or jumbo Gulf shrimp seasoned and grilled to perfection, glazed with a signature sauce. Served with brown rice pilaf and quinoa & kale.
  • Gruyere Pancetta Pizza – Crispy pancetta, caramelized onions, roma tomatoes and fresh chives with a gruyere and mozzarella cheese blend over a creamy herb white sauce.
  • Harvest Farm Frisee Salad — Fresh greens tossed in warm bacon vinaigrette and topped with tomatoes, bacon, brie cheese, sautéed crimini mushrooms and a fried egg.
