Hanger Steak

Makes 1 serving

1 (10 oz.) hanger steak 
olive oil
1/2 tablespoon minced garlic 
pinch of parsley
pinch of black pepper 
pinch of salt
4 asparagus tips Vinaigrette dressing

Hanger steak is a unique cut of beef similar to New York strip. You may need to ask your butcher for it. Marinate steak in olive oil, garlic, parsley and pepper. Refrigerate overnight. Season steak with salt and pepper. Grill 8-12 minutes to medium rare. Cover asparagus in vinaigrette. Roll on grill. Season with salt and pepper. Cook until done, but be careful not to burn the asparagus tips.
