FRIED PICKLES
Wildhorse Saloon Recipe

2 cups of all purpose flour
1/2 cup of Old Bay Seasoning
2 cups of buttermilk
1 cup of 1/4 cut crinkle kosher pickle chips

Mix flour with old bay seasoning. Drain pickles, toss in the seasoned flour. Shake off excess flour, dip in buttermilk, and then back into seasoning flour. Shake off excess flour and fry at 350 until golden brown (use a skillet and fill 1/2 with oil).
