Old Chicago New Menu Items:

Boneless Chicken Wings – Breaded, all white meat with a choice of sauces and dry rubs, including the new Screaming Mango sauce with sweet mango spiked with habanero and fresh jalapeno, and the Sweet & Smoky Bacon with minced bacon, onions, garlic and crushed red peppers in a sweet and savory sauce.

Sausage & Beer Onion Rolls – Italian sausage and caramelized onions that have been simmered in craft beer, then mixed with pepper jack & mozzarella cheeses, baked inside our signature dough. Parsley garnished and served with pizza sauce.

Cheese Curds – Bite sized, battered white cheddar cheese curds, flash fried, seasoned and served with a side of jalapeno ranch dressing.

Parmesan Garlic Fries – Tossed with Italian garlic seasonings and drizzled with our creamy garlic sauce.

Cod Po Boy – Samuel Adams beer battered cod filets dusted with blackening spice. Topped with coleslaw and served with lettuce, tomato, pickles and Cajun mayo on a toasted French roll.

Warm Cinnamon Crunch Rolls – Fresh, warm cinnamon rolls topped with a caramel sauce, cream cheese frosting and cinnamon crunch topping.

  • Buffalo Chicken Rolls: Grilled chicken, Buffalo sauce, mozzarella cheese and blue cheese dressing baked inside dough, topped with celery curls and served with blue cheese dressing
  • Buffalo Poutine: French fries smothered in hot sauce spiked gravy and topped with fried cheese curds that have been tossed in Buffalo sauce, topped with tomatoes, green onions and more Buffalo sauce
  • Buffalo Chicken Pizza: Pizza crust topped blue cheese dressing, Buffalo sauce, roasted chicken, blue cheese crumbles, diced tomatoes, shaved celery, pepper Jack and mozzarella cheeses
  • Buffalo Chicken Mac & Cheese: Macaroni with Buffalo sauce, beer Cheddar sauce, boneless chicken wings, bacon and crushed red pepper topped with Cheddar cheese, breadcrumbs and a Buffalo sauce drizzle

Old Chicago Pizza & Taproom, a national casual dining restaurant known for its delicious, handcrafted pizza and vast craft beer selection, is treating guests to tastes from around the country this summer with the launch of “Summer Across America.” Participating locations nationwide will feature specialty items on their menus, representing signature dishes from New York City, Chicago and Southern California. 

The Summer Across America series kicks off in The Big Apple! Old Chicago is showcasing New York City inspired dishes on the menu from June 8 – July 5 2015. In addition, the restaurant will be featuring its Spicy Angus Sandwich, Buffalo Wings and the Italian Chef Salad from the recently revamped menu. Some of the best food in the country comes from NYC, including its famous pizza. And if anyone knows pizza, it’s Old Chicago. To pay homage to the concrete jungle, the restaurant will debut quintessential New York-style dough. Guests will experience pizza like a true New Yorker with this thin, foldable crust served pie style in only one size – BIG. Pizza’s not the only treat for those who can’t make the trip up north this summer.

Other signature items include:
  • 3 Alarm Wings – Named for the heroic firefighters in NYC, coated with a fiery blend of Old Chicago’s Buffalo sauce, jalapenos, crushed red peppers and the 3 alarm pepper blend.
  • The Big Apple’s Pepperoni Pizza with New York Style Crust – Savory tomato pizza sauce topped with mozzarella, loads of pepperoni, sliced pepperoncini and a spicy garlic Parmesan cheese served on a 16 inch crust, providing an authentic New York taste and texture.
  • Beer Braised Pastrami on Rye – New York classic deli style sandwich with beer braised pastrami thinly sliced and piled high with melted Swiss cheese and whole grain beer mustard on a thickly sliced rye bread.
  • Pastrami Burger – Juicy, tender pastrami atop a hearty beef burger crowned with Swiss cheese, lettuce tomato and peppercorn mayonnaise.
  • Petite New York Cheesecake with Caramel – A perfect slice to finish the meal, New York style vanilla cheesecake drizzled with warm caramel and fudge sauce topped with toasted walnuts.
  • Big City Dill Pickles – What’s a NYC meal without a kosher dill pickle? Add one on for just $1.99.

Hop on the train as the tour makes a stop in the Windy City. Old Chicago brings Midwest classics to the menu from July 6 – August 2 with signature items sure to make mouths water. The Stacked Turkey and Bacon Club and Applewood BBQ Wings from Old Chicago's new menu will accompany flavorful Chi-Town selections, which include:

A cross country food tour wouldn’t be complete without a taste of the West Coast! Starting on August 3 through August 30, 2015. Southern California favorites will be making their way onto Old Chicago’s menu, accompanying the newly added Sweet Thai Chili Wings, Mediterranean Farmer Pizza, Caprese Burger and Walnut Chicken Salad. With the restaurant’s expertise in pizza, this final leg of the tour will introduce a new crust to consumers. A handcrafted ale crust, thin and crispy in texture and paired with an ale aroma reinforcing Old Chicago as a craft beer authority, guests will get a true sensory experience from the first bite of this brown, bubbly crust. Guests who order the SoCal-inspired Shrimp Bacon Pizza and Chicken Crimini Artichoke Pizza are in for a burst of flavor and texture from the first bite. Other SoCal specialties include Mango Habanero Wings and a California Kale Salad that can also be ordered in a wrap with chicken. Customers can satisfy their sweet tooth with an order of Strawberry Nachos, a mouthwatering dish of pasta dips tossed in cinnamon sugar, mascarpone cheese and a mix of strawberries and blueberries, topped with a strawberry drizzle and whipped cream.

Old Chicago Pizza & Taproom, a national casual dining restaurant. announced today the launch of its new spring menu offering, which includes new favorites for guests to customize across the nation. Additionally, the brand has expanded its selection of Tavern Bites and Taproom Classics. The new menu is available now at Old Chicago Pizza & Taproom locations nationwide.

Old Chicago has expanded its selection of Tavern Bites with new handcrafted favorites, such as:

  • Pretzel Bites
  • Veggies and Dip 
  • Flavored Fries, which are hand-tossed in the guests’ choice of seasoning and served with sauces for dipping, including Buffalo, Beer Cheese and Sour Cream with Roasted Garlic and Green Onion.

In order to cater to  bar guests, Old Chicago’s Taproom Classics will focus on a taproom twist featuring three new Craft Burgers packed with bold defining flavors.

New menu items include:

  • Whiskey Bacon Burger – Served on a bed of cream bleu cheese sauce, then topped with pepper bacon, balsamic mushrooms and drizzled with our whiskey sauce.
  • Caprese Burger – Topped with fresh mozzarella, diced tomatoes and fresh basil with a balsamic vinaigrette and pesto.
  • Crafted Beer Burger – Grilled with a light larger and smothered in caramelized onions and our beer cheese sauce, made with Guinness then topped with crispy onion strings


Since Millennials like the ability to customize their own creations, Old Chicago has developed a new line of gourmet Mac N’ Cheese with a Create Your Own option.

Additional new menu items include:
  • Chicken Pesto Mac N’ Cheese – Corkscrew macaroni, broccoli, roasted chicken blended with pesto sauce with creamy white cheddar. Topped with aged white cheddar and buttered bread crumbs.
  • Cajun Spice Mac N’ Cheese – Corkscrew macaroni, Anaheim peppers, roasted red peppers, and Andouille sausage blended with Cajun spices and our white cheddar cheese sauce. Topped with aged white cheddar, buttered bread crumbs and green onions.
  • Crispy Bacon Jalapeno Mac N’ Cheese – Corkscrew macaroni, jalapeno peppers, peppered bacon blended with our beer cheese sauce. Topped with cheddar, buttered bread crumbs, crispy onions and chopped parsley.
  • Craft Your Own Mac N’ Cheese – Guests interested in customizing their own mouth-watering creation can select a sauce, stir in spices, add in protein and veggies, then top off their dish with a variety of garnishes.
