McGuire's Irish Pub Copycat Recipe

8 ounces grilled boneless chicken breast
4  ounces Italian sausage
4 ounces  smoked ham
2 ounces  butter
4 ounces  white wine
4 ounces  flour
2 cups half and half
2 tablespoons McGuire's Steak Shake
1 roasted red bell pepper
2 tablespoons fresh garlic
8 ounces  parmesan cheese
4 ounces  mozzarella cheese
8 ounces  cooked cavatappi pasta
olive oil

Grill chicken breast, sausage and ham. Set aside to cool. To make alfredo sauce, melt butter and add flour. Whisk until no lumps of flour are left - do not brown. Add white wine and half and half slowly. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Add McGuire's Steak Shake, garlic and half of the parmesan cheese. Stir well and set aside. Slice chicken, sausage and ham. Heat oil in a skillet and add meats. Saute for one minute and then add bell peppers. Saute for another minute and add alfredo sauce. Pour pasta into a large bowl and top with meats and mozzarella and parmesan cheese. Place in a hot oven and cook until golden brown on top. Serve right away.
