Sesame Salmon Salad



SESAME SEED CRUSTED SALMON SALAD with Thai Vinaigrette
Grady's American Grill Recipe

Serves 8

Thai Vinaigrette:
1/2 cup sesame oil              
1/4 cup  green onions, diced          
2 tablespoons sesame seeds, white          
1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped      
1/2 cup honey                  
1/2 cup soy sauce              
1 1/2 teaspoon Tabasco sauce              
1/2 cup olive oil              
1 1/2 teaspoon fresh ginger,minced        
1/2 cup peanut sauce              

Add all ingredients to a mixing bowl and mix well.

Sesame Seed Crusted Salmon Salad:
1 gallon salad mix              
Thai Vinaigrette (above recipe)
8 salmon filets              
1 cup sesame seeds, white          
1 cup sesame seeds, black          
2 cups tomatoes, diced          
1 cup rice noodles              
salt & pepper, to taste

Season salmon filets with salt and pepper. Mix the white and black sesame seeds together. Coat the salmon with sesame seed mixture. Bake the salmon at 375 degrees until done. Toss the salad mix with the Thai Vinaigrette. Portion the salad in serving bowls. Garnish with tomato and rice noodles. Place one salmon portion on top of each salad.
