CHEESY VEGETABLE SOUP
Boston Beanery Recipe

1 head cauliflower, chopped
1 bunch broccoli, chopped
3 carrots, sliced
1 large onion, diced
1/2 pound butter
1 gallon water with chicken base
1 cup flour
3 quarts half and half
1 tablespoon parsley
2 tablespoons garlic powder
2.5 pounds shredded cheddar cheese

Sauté vegetables in butter in large pot. Add flour and cook for 5 minutes. Add water and chicken base, stirring until smooth. Add parsley and garlic powder. Continue to cook for 30 minutes. Add half & half and cheddar cheese. Cook for another 10 minutes on low heat.
