Buffalo Chicken Salad and Wrap



BUFFALO CHICKEN SALAD
Beef O'Brady's Recipe

6 ounces romaine lettuce
5 boneless chicken wings
1 ounce buffalo sauce
4 ounces croutons
2 ounces parmesan cheese
3 ounces blue cheese dressing

Place the 5 wings into basket of 350 degree fryer. Cook about 5-6 minutes until golden brown. When cooked, place aside to drain excess oil. Place in bowl and toss with buffalo sauce. Portion Romaine lettuce into large bowl. Arrange the chicken on top. Sprinkle croutons and cheese on top and add the dressing.


BUFFALO CHICKEN WRAP
Beef O'Brady's Recipe

4 boneless chicken wings
1 ounce buffalo sauce
1 (12 inch) flour tortilla
2 ounces shredded lettuce
2 ounces diced tomatoes
2 ounces shredded parmesan cheese
1 1/2 ounce blue cheese dressing

Place the 5 wings into basket of 350 degree fryer. Cook about 5-6 minutes until golden brown. When cooked, place aside to drain excess oil. Place in a bowl and toss with buffalo sauce. Heat tortilla in microwave for 15 seconds. Spread the lettuce and tomatoes or the tortilla. Cut the wings into strips and lay down the center of the tortilla. Sprinkle with cheese. Fold like a burrito. If available, place tortilla into sandwich press for 2-3 minutes. Cut into 2 equal halves and serve with bleu cheese dressing on side.
