GUINNESS GLAZED CHICKEN
Bennigan's Restaurant Copycat Recipe
Makes 2 cups
1 1/2 cups Guinness stout
1 1/4 cups brown sugar
1/2 cup honey
Mix all the ingredients in a saucepan. Bring to a boil. Reduce the heat to medium and simmer until reduced by about half. The sauce will thicken quite a bit as it cools. Store in refrigerator.
Put this glaze on chicken or any meat when grilling.
