Brick House Tavern Classic Meatballs

Brick House Tavern & Tap Recipe

Makes 14 meatballs

12 ounces ground chuck                                    
5 ounces ground pork                            
5 ounces ground spicy Italian sausage
1/4 cup Panko bread crumbs                    
1 large egg                                      
1/4 teaspoon Kosher salt                                  
dash ground black pepper                
1 quart marinara sauce                          

In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients. With your hands, mix everything (except the marinara sauce) until evenly combined. Roll the mixture into 2 ounce balls. Place the balls on a parchment lined sheet pan. Cook in a 350 degree oven for 20 minutes. Heat the marinara sauce in a large pot on the stove over medium heat. Add the meatballs and cook for 15 minutes.
