POTA PALMER
Edgefield's new apple flavored whiskey ‘Aval Pota', iced tea & lemonade
Glass: Collins
Pack w/ ice, add:
1 shot Aval Pota
Re-ice, fill w/ equal parts iced tea and lemonade

HOT BUTTERED RUM
Make McMenamins Hot Buttered Rum Mix:
1/4 tablespoon ground cloves
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 tablespoon ground allspice
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
3/4 cup unsalted butter
1 1/2 cups brown sugar
Melt butter, stir in brown sugar and spices; makes 1/2 quart.
Store in covered container.
Combine:
1 shot Three Rocks Spiced Rum
1 heaping tablespoon Hot Buttered Rum Mix
Fill with hot water & stir, top with heavy whipping cream
Garnish with swirl of chocolate and grated orange peel

CABLE CAR
Mix together:
1/2 shot simple syrup
1/2 shot fresh-squeezed lemon juice
1/2 shot Triple Sec
1 shot Three Rocks Spice Rum
Add ice, shake and strain into chilled cocktail glass.
Sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg

MOROCCAN COFFEE
sugar-rimmed 8-oz coffee glass
Using an orange slice, wet the rim of a coffee glass and then roll it in baker's sugar.
Pour 1/4 oz of a 151 proof rum (Bacardi or Lemonhart)
Using a long lighter, light the 151 on fire, caramelizing the sugared rim.
Shake a few dashes of cinnamon & nutmeg and watch the sparks fly.
Then add:
1 1/4 oz Edgefield Coffee Liqueur
1/4 oz Irish Cream
Fill with fresh-roasted coffee or a double Americano
Top with a thick layer of fresh whipped cream
Garnish with another sprinkle of cinnamon & nutmeg

MORNING NECTAR
8.5-oz cocktail glass
In a mixing pint combine:
5/8 oz fresh-squeezed lemon
5/8 oz simple syrup (2 parts baker's sugar, 1 part water)
5/8 oz St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur
1 1/4 oz Morning Dew Brandy
Add ice and shake for 30 seconds. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
Top with a float of Edgefield Winery Pinot Noir (about 1/4 oz)
Garnish with a floating lemon disc

8-oz coffee glass
Pre-shock an 8-oz coffee glass with hot water
Add:
2 oz of Edgefield Herbal Liqueur No. 7
1 tsp honey
1/2 oz fresh-squeezed lemon
Top with hot water
Garnish with a lemon zest twist

In a mixing pint combine:
5/8 oz fresh-squeezed orange juice
5/8 oz fresh-squeezed lemon
5/8 oz simple syrup (2 parts baker's sugar, 1 part water)
5/8 oz Triple Sec Liqueur
1 1/4 oz Edgefield Distillery's Penney's Gin
Add ice, shake & strain into sugar rimmed cocktail glass
Garnish with lemon and orange discs

12-oz Collins glass
In a mixing pint combine:
1 1/4 oz fresh-squeezed lemon juice
5/8 oz fresh-squeezed orange juice
5/8 oz simple syrup (2 parts baker's sugar, 1 part water)
1 1/4 oz Monkey Puzzle Whiskey
5/8 oz Pama Pomegranate Liqueur
Fill mixing pint with ice, shake and dump into Collins glass
Top Collins with 7-Up
Garnish with a lemon wheel

10-oz bucket
Fill glass with ice
1 1/4 oz Three Rocks Rum
Top with ginger beer or ginger ale
Garnish with a lime wedge

8-oz coffee glass
Shock an 8-oz coffee glass with hot water
Muddle 2 sugar cubes with hot coffee in the bottom of the glass
Add 1 1/4 oz Three Rocks Rum
Fill with hot fresh coffee
Top with a layer of fresh whipped cream
