The Spinach Salad at Rafferty's has trimmed baby leaf spinach
garnished with bleu cheese crumbles, crispy candied pecans,
thinly sliced red onions and smoked bacon.
8 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
1 1/2 cups sugar
3 teaspoons cornstarch
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup white vinegar
In a saucepan, mix together the sugar, cornstarch, salt, water, and vinegar. Bring all the items to a boil until it thickens. Mix in the cooked and crumbled bacon. Drizzle over the salad greens and enjoy!
